Advantages
The production has some advantages as following:
1. The structure of bed is Tube-shaped type. The degree of inclination is 30 degree. The bed and plinth are integrated, so it has better rigidity and high stability.
2. Structure of spindle is reasonable. So it has better stability and high accuracy. The beas of Japanes NSK are uesd. So the speed is high and heat is less.
3. X and Z axis' adopts straight roll guide. So it has high accuracy and no crawl. X and Z axis' adopts ball screw and special bears of ball screw of Japanese NSK. The feed accuracy is high.
4. It adopts hydraulic chuck and rotary cylinder of strong. Hydraulic motor and control values of KDMPASS. It has less noise and leak.
5. Its appearance is all sealed and beauitfal. Shelter and water-proof are best.
The electric part has some advantages as following:
1. It adopts Japanese FANUC-0TD system, AC Number servo. The servo motor is AC B type.
2. There is a PMC in the NC system. The running condition of circuit can beseen any time.
